"I had issues with the way the rental agreement was written after a no fault collision, and I called and emailed State Farm to straighten them out, a woman working for this office called me back and asked if there was anything she can do to help me. I explained my concerns but she was confused and shut down every request for help I made. I really doubt she was calling to help me because if there was a list of things she would actually do that list would be blank. Anyway through the conversation she bit into a keyword and started reciting some corporate incantation about how state farm and enterprise are different entities, however when I told her I know that state farm and enterprise are two different companies she hung up like a child. Just imagine, you're having a good day working on a project, you get a call from the Tim Weatherson State Farm Insurance Agent the person who you pay to provide you a service, a woman representing Tim berates you and hangs up. You're perplexed, confused as to what the purpose of the phone call was, and you're mad because some random person called you to tell you a bunch of lies treat you like you're stupid and hang up on you while you're mid sentence."
